Women’s physical health, sport and exercise

I regularly speak at events for women’s groups and sporting groups. I also present talks and workshops for professional organisations as part of continuing professional development.

Workplace health

I regularly give talks and masterclasses on physical health and women’s health in the workplace for organisations and institutions. I adopt a proactive approach to deepen women’s understanding of health and movement and give them tools to effectively manage their health and wellbeing.

My work helps women feel supported and understood, in their place of work. It also helps build a culture of inclusion where talent is retained and employees can thrive.
