    For women who want to improve their performance and  nutrition and prevent injury and pain. Ideal for those increasing their exercise, doing team sport or embarking on events (e.g. half marathon, marathon, triathlon).   

    Women's Event - Eating and Strengthening for Menopause and Positive Ageing, Friday 1st May, 7pm, Henleaze, Bristol 

    For women who want information on how the changes symptoms of menopause and ageing affect their bodies and how to address them through diet, exercise, lifestyle and the help of health professionals. 

    We also hold events on Women's Running, Workplace Wellbeing, Pregnancy and Post natal health, Menopause and Positive Ageing.
